[Practical Case] Introduction of a lecture and demonstration of thermal imaging direct viewing devices at the Shimane Prefectural Fire Academy.

We received a request to participate in a lecture and practical training, and our representative for thermal imaging devices visited the Shimane Fire Academy, where we conducted a lecture for about two hours and practical training for about 50 minutes. ~For details of the activity, please refer to the video below~ [Lecture Content] The FLIR representative explained the mechanism of the thermal imaging device and precautions for use using materials, videos, and experiments. A Q&A session was also held. [Practical Content] Participants experienced how the thermal imaging device works by entering a thick smoke environment. Additionally, using a flashover house, they learned to quantify smoke (flammable gases) and indoor temperatures, and experienced how thermal images appear, gaining knowledge related to indoor entry. *For report materials, please contact us or download the catalog.
